If the courier attempts delivery but no one is available, they may:

If the parcel is marked as âavailable for pickupâ, the customer is responsible for collecting it before the carrierâs deadline.
If the parcel is not collected in time and is returned or destroyed:

Reshipping fees will apply if you wish to have the item sent again
