  • Standard International Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 4–8 business days

🚹 Delivery Responsibility & Failed Deliveries

To ensure your order reaches you smoothly, it is essential that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address:

  • The carrier may return the shipment or dispose of it.

  • Vinari is not responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery caused by the incorrect address.

  • Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check their address details before placing an order.


 

2. Missed Delivery Attempts & Pickup Deadlines

If the courier attempts delivery but no one is available, they may:

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Leave a notice

  • Redirect the parcel to a local pickup point

If the parcel is marked as “available for pickup”, the customer is responsible for collecting it before the carrier’s deadline.

If the parcel is not collected in time and is returned or destroyed:

  • Vinari is not liable for the failed delivery

  • Reshipping fees will apply if you wish to have the item sent again

Please monitor your tracking link regularly. By placing an order, customers agree to this timeline.

  • If the package is still in transit, we do not accept order cancellations or refunds.
  • If the package has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment, customers may request a full refund or a free reshipment.
