What is the difference between the Crystal, Woven, and Leather series?

Each series suits a different occasion and aesthetic. The Crystal Series features hand-set rhinestone embellishments — ideal for weddings, birthdays, and celebrations that call for glamour. The Woven Series uses a handcrafted wooden-weave construction, giving a warm, artisanal feel perfect for dinner parties or housewarming gifts. The Leather Series is a structured premium leather carrier built for longevity — the right choice when you want a gift that lasts well beyond the occasion.

Which wine bottle sizes do your carriers fit?

All Vinari carriers are designed to fit standard 750ml wine bottles (approximately 30–35cm tall). If you are unsure whether a specific bottle will fit, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Can I use the carrier for bottles other than wine?

Yes — any standard 750ml bottle works, including champagne, prosecco, spirits, olive oil, and other gift-worthy bottles of similar dimensions.

Which series is most popular as a gift?

The Crystal Series is our most gifted product, particularly for weddings and birthdays. The rhinestone detailing photographs beautifully and makes a strong first impression. For a more understated luxury, the Leather Series is the go-to for corporate and housewarming gifts.

Do your carriers arrive gift-ready?

Yes. Every Vinari carrier is packaged in black tissue paper inside a branded Vinari envelope — ready to gift the moment it arrives. No extra wrapping needed.

Can I include a personalised gift message?

Gift message options are available at checkout. If you encounter any issues, note your message in the order comments field and we will include it with your order.

What occasions are Vinari carriers suited for?

Vinari carriers are designed for any occasion where a bottle of wine is the gift — weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, Christmas, Mother's Day, dinner parties, corporate events, and thank-you gifts. Because they are reusable, the recipient can use the carrier again long after the celebration.

Are the carriers reusable?

Yes — that is the point. Unlike single-use paper bags, Vinari carriers are built to be kept and used again. The Crystal Series is a keepsake; the Leather Series will last for years of regular use.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship from Australia, Hong Kong, or Mainland China depending on stock availability. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days to most destinations worldwide. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to 25+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link via 17TRACK. You can also track your order directly at Track Your Order.

Can I order in bulk for corporate or event gifting?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Care & Materials

How do I care for a Crystal Series carrier?

Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or using abrasive cleaners, as this may loosen the rhinestone embellishments. Store flat or hanging when not in use.

How do I care for a Leather Series carrier?

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Apply a leather conditioner every few months to maintain suppleness. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.
