Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Vinari order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase or your order number
To start a return, contact us at support@vinari.store with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale Items and Final Sale Items
Sale-priced items are eligible for return under this 30-day return policy unless the product page clearly states that the item is Final Sale before purchase.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@vinari.store as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or other customer preference reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vinari will cover the cost of return shipping where a return is required.
If shipping insurance is offered at checkout, the insurance terms shown at checkout will apply to eligible delivery-related claims. Shipping insurance does not remove your rights under this Refund Policy or applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the item you received and place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@vinari.store.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@vinari.store.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under this Refund Policy.
Delivery Responsibility and Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If a package is marked as available for pickup, the customer is responsible for collecting it before the carrier's deadline.
If your package has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment, contact us at support@vinari.store so we can investigate and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the carrier status.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
